YOUR VISIT From arrival to departure, every detail of your visit is designed for ease, including on-site parking. For the most refined results and a fully immersive head spa experience, we recommend arriving without extensions or braids to allow full access to the scalp during your treatment. Gift Card Policy Gift cards are available for purchase and may be used toward services at European Head Spa Brentwood. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and may be applied toward services only. Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Promotional or discounted gift cards may carry specific terms or expiration dates, which will be clearly noted at the time of purchase. Gift cards are transferable; however, European Head Spa Brentwood is not responsible for unauthorized use. Ownership Transition Notice European Head Spa Brentwood has been under new ownership as of January 6, 2026. Gift cards purchased prior to this date were issued by the previous owner and are not redeemable under the current ownership. For assistance with gift cards purchased before January 6, 2026, please contact the previous owner directly.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation, Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointments at European Head Spa Brentwood are reserved intentionally and exclusively for each guest. A valid card on file is required to secure all reservations. Cancellations & Changes Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will not be charged. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened to accommodate the schedule or may be considered a no-show. Full service charges still apply. Deposits Couples services, luxury services, and specialty experiences may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the service total and are non-transferable. Acknowledgment By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this reservation, cancellation, and no-show policy.
